Tax Exempt Forms
Tax exempt forms for officers and chairpersons are available by emailing the state president. All purchases for the organization must be made using the tax exempt purchase forms. Officers who purchase things for the organization without the use of the forms will not be reimbursed for tax.
Sponsorship Information
Donations to Connecticut State Music Teachers Association, Inc. are gratefully accepted and are also tax-deductible, as allowable by law. Donations to CSMTA will be used toward professional development for our members, student scholarships, rental fees for state-wide performance competitions, community outreach and other educational opportunities for musicians in Connecticut.
Recognition will be given to all contributors in the current Conference Program Book. Donations received after November 1 of the conference year will be acknowledged in the following year's Conference Program Book.
